Job Description What is the opportunity? We are excited to announce a new opportunity within the ATM team for an ATM Systems Engineer. This role is a hybrid position, combining 25% of the responsibilities of a Senior Site Reliability Developer with a focus on ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of ATM systems, and 75% of responsibilities focused on IT systems engineering, troubleshooting, and automation. What will you do? As an Systems and Network Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless operation, deployment, and maintenance of the pre-production systems. Your responsibilities will include: ATM Build Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues related to ATM builds, ensuring reliability and performance ATM Build & Pre-prod Deployment: Manage the deployment of ATM, ensuring compliance with established standards and configurations Documentation: Create and maintain detailed build specifications, configuration records, and project deliverables Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure timely updates, issue resolution, and successful project execution System Implementation: Implement new infrastructure, applications, and IT services to enhance the overall operations Migration Projects: Execute migration projects, including operating systems, applications, and data Automation: Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and develop scripts to improve operational efficiency Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Utilize network monitoring tools to identify and resolve hardware, software, and network issues Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of systems and applications IT Roadmap Planning: Contribute to the planning and execution of the IT roadmap, including proof-of-concept evaluations and new technology adoption. What do you need to succeed? Must have: To excel as a Systems and Network Engineer in the ATM team, you must have the following skills and expertise: Strong experience with Windows 10/11 and Windows Server OS Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewalls) Proficiency in network troubleshooting and network monitoring tools (e.g. Wireshark) Hands-on experience with Active Directory and user management Expertise in Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and GPO troubleshooting Strong scripting/automation skills in PowerShell and Python Proven ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues Familiarity with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow and Jira Service Management.
