Job Description What is the Opportunity? We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Front-End Developer (Angular) to join our dynamic and innovative team. In this role, you will play a critical part in designing, developing, and delivering scalable, high-performing, and secure front-end solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and lead the adoption of best practices in front-end development to meet evolving business needs. As a Senior Front-End Developer, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies, build user-centric applications, and contribute to shaping the future of our digital platforms. What will you do? Design and develop user interfaces using Angular best practices, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Make complex technical and design decisions for Angular projects, ensuring scalability and maintainability. Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs with front-end components. Develop and manage dynamic, user-friendly forms and workflows. Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality standards and mentor junior developers. Work within an Agile product team, collaborating with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver exceptional products. Stay updated on the latest front-end technologies and frameworks, and actively contribute to improving development processes. What do you need to succeed? Must have: 5 years of professional experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on Angular (Angular 17 preferred). Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles. Experience with state management libraries (e.g., NgRx, Redux). Strong understanding of RESTful API integration and asynchronous programming. Familiarity with front-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Jasmine, Karma). Ability to make complex technical decisions and troubleshoot issues effectively. Strong communication and teamwork skills, with experience working in Agile environments. Proven ability to mentor and guide junior developers. Nice to Have Exposure to GenAI tools and best practices. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and performance optimization techniques. What’s in it for you?
