Job Description Be part of an agile team that delivers in-house electronic trading capabilities that facilitates internal and external clients to trade currencies. Take ownership of deliver of software components to meet the team’s sprint goals; be able to swarm on stories so that work-in-progress is kept to a minimum Work closely with an end-to-end product team to meet user story acceptance criteria Work within a team culture that is driven by quality (user reviews with sales and traders and ability to take feedback into improvements for upcoming sprints) Collaborate as part of a multi-disciplinary global team to deliver desktop applications for our front office Sales and trading teams. Build high quality, scalable and robust applications which adhere to best in class architecture, design and testing principles at all stages in the software delivery lifecycle. Participate in discussions with stakeholders, designers and product teams to ensure high quality applications and User experience. Assist the team in meeting their requirements to deliver working software at the end of every 2-week sprint WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED? Must have: Strong development experience in building dynamic and responsive UIs using React, Redux and RxJS. Experience working within professional software engineering practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source code management, build processes and testing Self-motivated – driven to get results, takes initiative and needs minimum oversight.
