Platform Technical Analyst

Job Description

As an Intermediate AKS Platform Technical Analyst, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the reliability of our Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) platform and related cloud infrastructure. This role offers the opportunity to deepen your expertise in cloud-native technologies while contributing to the stability and scalability of mission-critical systems. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deployments, monitor performance, and implement improvements that align with our commitment to operational excellence. Position Responsibilities Operate and maintain AKS clusters and related Azure PAAS services (e.g., APIM, ASE, Event Hub). Perform Tier 2 triage and troubleshooting of platform issues, escalating as needed. Assist in automation and monitoring setup to improve platform reliability and visibility. Support platform security, access management, and performance optimization. Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to support application onboarding and deployment. Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing across the team. Provide on-call support on the assign schedule Shift Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday – 7am to 4pm PHT Work Setup: Hybrid – Required to work on site 3 days per week Location: Quezon City Required Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in infrastructure or platform support roles. 2 years of hands-on experience with AKS, Docker, or Kubernetes environments. Familiarity with CLI tools, Git, and basic scripting or automation. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience). Preferred Qualifications Experience with Azure PAAS services (e.g., APIM, ASE, Event Hub). Exposure to Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud monitoring tools. Understanding of cloud architecture and security principles. Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills. Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset and customer-centric approach.
