Job Description What is the opportunity? The Senior Manager, Global Ultra Wealthy Client Experience – On Boarding & KYC supports the development and execution of various strategic initiatives related to the Global Ultra Wealthy Growth Strategy (Clients with $100MM Total Net Worth). This role operates at the intersection of strategy, operations and client engagement and requires a unique combination of critical thinking and problem-solving skills to deliver data-driven insights and support business development priorities. What will you do? Support the design and implementation of the Global Ultra Wealthy client onboarding journey, collaborating with stakeholders to integrate KYC/due diligence, operational efficiency, and client experience enhancements Work with ESCG and global risk and practice management teams to support delivery of an integrated onboarding experience across jurisdictions Contribute to the development and execution of client success initiatives aligned to ESCG goals that improve satisfaction and engagement Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency gains, and process improvement Serve as a liaison between ESCG, business-unit colleagues, and risk management teams to support seamless client relationship management and risk mitigation. Collaborate with AML partners on enhanced due diligence (EDD) processes and the Enterprise Global Passport Program for clients Support "One-RBC" integration efforts by fostering communication and collaborative approaches to managing client-related risk Assist in identifying and assessing value-creation opportunities and client-engagement initiatives leveraging RBC data and external sources Manage communications across stakeholder groups; develop and execute stakeholder engagement that keep stakeholders informed, aligned, and engaged throughout the client lifecycle What do you need to succeed? Must haves: 4 years of financial services experience demonstrating analytical and strategic thinking Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide strategic initiatives with complex organizational, process and regulatory components across multiple business units Knowledge of UHNW client segment dynamics and wealth management practices Robust understanding of risk management, AML/KYC regulatory requirements, and enterprise onboarding processes Strong technology, data, and analytics skills University degree (preferably in Economics, Finance, Commerce, Mathematics, or Accounting) Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence, align, and inspire diverse stakeholders Ability to “roll up the sleeves” and go outside comfort zone to learn What’s in it for you?
