Salesforce Full Stack Developer (MTS – Full Time) Mexico City | Hybrid Full-Time About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated Salesforce Full Stack Developer to join our team as a Member of Technical Staff (MTS). This role is ideal for developers who thrive in fast-paced environments, are eager to learn new technologies, and can leverage modern AI tools to accelerate development and delivery. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications across the full stack Build and customize solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Visualforce Develop and integrate REST/SOAP APIs and external services Work on API-led architecture and integrations using MuleSoft and other enterprise integration platforms. Build and implement intelligent agents using Salesforce Agentforce Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions Utilize AI-powered development tools to improve productivity and code quality Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance Stay current with Salesforce releases, best practices, and emerging technologies Build and ship high-quality, production-grade software using modern engineering practices, with AI as a core part of your development workflow by pushing the boundaries of AI development tools to deliver secure, optimized, and high-quality code. Design and orchestrate complex systems where AI agents integrate seamlessly into human workflows, driving efficiency and innovation at scale.
