What You'll Do Technical Design & Development Architect and implement sophisticated Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom application frameworks to meet complex business needs Lead development of intelligent automation using Agentforce, Agent Builder, and AI-driven Salesforce capabilities Build and maintain advanced automation with Flow Builder — including complex orchestration, interactive screen flows, and high-performance auto-launched flows Write clean, efficient, well-documented Apex code that adheres to platform best practices, design patterns, and algorithmic standards Design and manage robust integration solutions using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), and infrastructure discovery tooling to connect Salesforce with third-party systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams in product and feature design sessions, contributing to code reviews and ensuring quality across the delivery lifecycle Platform Innovation & Optimization Proactively analyze Salesforce seasonal releases to identify and recommend high-value features that drive business growth and platform efficiency Resolve complex platform issues by leveraging deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, order of execution, and governor limits Incorporate AI-assisted development tools — including Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and Agentforce — to accelerate delivery and improve code quality Utilize developer tooling such as Apex Log Analyzer, Query Plan Tool, and Event Monitoring to optimize system perf
