The Datacloud and Agentforce Solution Engineer is a key member of the pre-sales organisation. The focus of this role is to cover complex technical topics within the sales cycle, specifically for our Data Cloud and Agentforce solutions. You will be instrumental in helping our customers understand how these next-generation Salesforce capabilities fit and integrate into their existing architecture landscape. A critical component of this role is acting as a hands-on technical expert who designs, develops, and delivers Proof of Concepts (POCs) and hackathons for Data Cloud and Agentforce solutions. This involves transforming architectural visions into tangible, working solutions that demonstrate the power of AI-driven, unified data to our customers. Topics will include AI/Machine Learning architecture, data unification, large-scale data architecture, data modeling, solution performance, and system integration patterns. Your Impact – Responsibilities: Support the sales cycle, covering the technical architecture, data strategy, and AI capabilities of Data Cloud and Agentforce.
