Some of the role key responsibilities are but not limited to: Lead the design , development, and implementation of complex solutions that drive business results. Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to achieve their full potential and improve team efficiency. Develop and maintain SDLC processes and best practices - setting and enforcing high standards for quality, reliability, and security in deployed solutions. Work cross-functionally with business, product, data science, front-end engineering, Java Backend engineering and data engineering teams to ensure alignment and achieve business goals. Effectively communicate technical work to senior/executive leaders in both technical and non-technical settings. Stay up to date with the latest AI technologies and trends, serving as a thought leader who inspires and guides teams to harness AI for improving productivity . What you'll bring: Some of the skills needed for this role are but not limited to: Deep knowledge and experience in building complex , large-scale, mission-critical applications with microservice architecture in Kubernetes. Highly resourceful and methodical in solution/architecture/API/codebase design and ability to translate product requirement into engineering blueprint. Familiarity with GenAI/LLMs and related tooling ecosystem
