Position Summary... What you'll do... In this role, you will design and build scalable applications and services that power associate-facing experiences. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and drive technical excellence across the ADE ecosystem. What You’ll Do Design & Develop: Architect and implement robust, scalable backend and full-stack solutions for ADE applications. Lead Technically: Set design patterns, enforce coding standards, and conduct code reviews to ensure maintainability and resilience. Integrate & Automate: Implement telemetry, monitoring, and DevOps practices for continuous delivery and operational excellence. Solve Problems: Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions (RCCA) for defects; optimize performance and security. Collaborate: Work closely with product, UX, and global tech teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. What We’re Looking For Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Java, Python, or similar languages; experience with distributed systems and APIs. Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement scalable solutions. Collaboration: Excellent communication skills for cross-functional engagement. Experience: 5 years in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role. Preferred Qualifications Experience with ADE-related platforms (e.g., device lifecycle tools, identity management, collaboration apps). Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards. Background in mentoring and technical leadership.
