Position Summary... Our team builds and maintains the foundational technologies that support the tech organization. Included in this are data platforms, enterprise architecture, DevOps, cloud computing, and infrastructure. All of these products and services are supported by scalable and powerful infrastructure, ensuring a secure and seamless employee and customer experience across stores, digital channels, and distribution centers. What You’ll Do We are looking for a passionate and innovative software engineer to join Walmart’s Global Technology Platform group. We build and design systems handling millions of requests per second, play a critical role in scaling Walmart systems under the extremely high-traffic situations, and provide tools to accelerate, secure, and distribute traffic to all the right places. In this role, you will get to design and build high-performance, next-gen config distributed systems, at massive scale. Working with teams across E-Commerce, Stores, and everything in between to make Walmart technology the fastest and most resilient in the industry.
