Job Description Summary: Responsible for coding, unit testing, building high performance and scalable applications that meet the needs of millions of Walmart-International customers, in the areas of supply chain management & Customer experience. About Team: Our team collaborates with Walmart International, which has over 5,900 retail units operating outside of the United States under 55 banners in 26 countries including Africa, Argentina, Canada, Central America, Chile, China, India, Japan, and Mexico, to name a few. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with knowledge in TRIRIGA to design, develop, and deploy features for Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive experience to create seamless user experiences, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior engineers. What you'll do: You are responsible for coding, unit testing, building high performance and scalable applications that meet the needs of millions of Walmart-International customers, in the areas of supply chain management & Customer experience. You are expected to be more intellectually curious engineer who is passionate about domain/technology in general. What you'll bring: Design and development of innovative solutions in TRIRIGA. Translate complex user requirements into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables. Ensure consistency in coding standards across all products and platforms. Deep knowledge in Tririga builder tools and Platform. Ability to integrate Tririga with other ERP application by using Java and Tririga Tools. Strong functional knowledge in one or more of following modules Lease management, Capital Projects and Facility management Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members. Identidy and address Performance bottlenecks for better implementation of solutions within Tririga. Ensure strategic use of prototypes to test, validate, and evolve user experiences. Champion high-quality design outcomes that connect business value with user-centered practices. Lead narrative design and storytelling to articulate impact across functions and levels of the organization. Proactively identify gaps in partner or stakeholder understanding, and collaboratively use design and research to address them. Clearly communicate design intent, tradeoffs, and user value to non-design audiences.
