In addition to ushering in affordability, we also create personalized experiences for customers the omnichannel way, across all channels - in-store, on the mobile app and websites. About Team: Marketplace is the gateway to domestic and international Third-Party sellers; we enable them to manage their end-to-end onboarding, catalog management, order fulfilment, return & refund management. Our team is responsible for design, development, and operations of large-scale distributed systems by leveraging cutting-edge technologies in web/mobile, cloud, big data & AI/ML. We interact with multiple teams across the company to provide scalable robust technical solutions. Core Platform has absorbed significant new responsibilities without a corresponding Staff Software Engineer to support GenAI integration, Global Search, and the ATMT Feedback Platform. What you'll do: Drive architecture, design, development, operation and documentation of large scale services. Build, test and deploy cutting edge solutions at scale, impacting associates of Walmart worldwide. Interact with Walmart engineering teams across geographies to leverage expertise and contribute to the tech community. Engage with Engineers, Product Management and Business to drive the technical discoveries, design, set your priorities and deliver awesome products. Drive Proof-of-Concepts and Proof-of-Technology evaluations Drive the success of the implementation by applying technical skills, to design and build enhanced processes and technical solutions in support of strategic initiatives. Work closely with the Architects and cross functional teams and follow established practices for the delivery of solutions meeting QCD (Quality, Cost & Delivery). Publish and update technical architecture and user/process documentation You will need to exhibit strong technical leadership and communication skills to collaborate with business, product, engineering & management across different geographic locations. What you'll bring: B.Tech. / B.E. / M.Tech. / M.S. in Computer Science 10 - 14 years of experience in design and development of highly-scalable applications and platform development in product based companies or R&D divisions. Strong computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, design patterns. 9 – 10 years of experience in building UI applications. Proficient in ReactJs/Redux, javascript, AJAX, HTML5, CSS3, JSON Hands-on design & development experience in interfacing with Web services platforms 7 of years hands-
