Job Description What is the opportunity? RBC's European Chief Administrative Office supports the regional Senior Leadership Team by executing strategic initiatives, managing operational priorities, and overseeing entity governance. You will coordinate, drive and articulate key aspects of RBC鈥檚 European strategy, supporting the regional leadership team, and partnering with segment strategy leads and business heads, ensuring it is subject to regional governance and oversight. You will transform the regional ambition and strategy into executable projects and initiatives, owning the implementation and reporting. This is a permanent, full-time role and requires 4 days in the office at our 100 Bishopsgate location. What will you do? Coordinate, drive and articulate key aspects of RBC鈥檚 European strategy, partnering with business and functional teams. Implement and embed appropriate governance frameworks and communication structures to ensure transparency on delivery ownership, progress, dependencies, issue identification and resolution. Deliver ad-hoc strategy presentations on an on-demand basis (e.g. for Townhalls and Enterprise leadership). Design and produce senior leadership reporting on a broad range of themes as required. Provide succinct briefing sessions to Senior Management on presentations and address any additional concerns / questions promptly. Provide thought leadership and project management on cross function initiatives. Co-ordinate and support functional and business engagement /commitments to deliver. Manage issue escalation and resolution activities, in conjunction with steering committee and key stakeholders. Provide regular reporting and open lines of communication between project team, steering committee and key stakeholders. What do you need to succeed? Must-have Demonstrable experience in business analysis within a Financial Services institution, with specific expertise in Capital Markets, Wealth, and Asset Management products and markets. Proven track record across the full project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery. Strong analytical skills to translate complex data into actionable insights, coupled with the ability to develop and communicate strategic recommendations. Exceptional organizational skills, demonstrated through successful leadership of cross-functional initiatives. Proficiency in creating high-impact corporate presentations using Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to navigate ambiguity, negotiate compromises, and multitask effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience presenting to senior executives, with a delivery-focused mindset and comfort meeting tight deadlines. Proactive self-starter with strong initiative and meticulous attention to detail.
