Job Description What’s the opportunity? We are looking for a talented and innovative Domain Data & AI Scientist to join our Personal and Commercial Operations Data and AI team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at combining domain expertise with advanced data science and AI techniques to drive impactful business outcomes. You will play a key role in leveraging data and AI to optimize operations, enhance decision-making, and deliver value to our customers. What will you do? Collaborate with cross-functional teams, IT, and business partners to identify opportunities and deliver AI and data science solutions Work closely with stakeholders to ensure data-driven insights are integrated into business strategies and workflows Analyze large datasets to uncover actionable insights that drive operational efficiency and improve customer outcomes. Provide expertise in AI and data science to support decision-making and solve complex business challenges Stay informed about the latest advancements in AI, data science, and industry trends to ensure innovative and impactful solutions Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders What will you need to succeed? Must-have Strong expertise in data science and machine learning, with hands-on experience in Python, SQL, or similar tools Proven ability to collaborate on the design and delivery of AI models for real-world applications Deep understanding of personal and commercial operations, including key challenges and opportunities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex datasets Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Nice-to-have Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Data Science, AI, Operations Research, or a related field What's in it for you?
