Job Description What is the opportunity? As an analyst, you will responsible to ensure accurate allocation of house and client trades across Global Exchanges within time frames. The team also is responsible for position management and post- trade activities & Exchange recs . Working Hours: 12PM - 9PM / 6PM - 3AM (EMEA) What will you do? To process clearing of Futures and Options across all Global exchanges along with post trade events . Ensure all market facing reconciliations and relevant checklists are updated after completing daily tasks and adhere to RBC clearing processes and procedures. Timely reporting of all exchange file requirements for position maintenance and Regulatory reporting obligations. Proactive monitoring of all trades executed with internal and external parties to ensure timely settlement at the correct counterpart. Ensuring that Straight through Processing occurs, remediating any exception queues or static requirements which prevents STP from occurring. Root-cause analysis into any clearing exceptions identified by the reconciliations team, ensuring reoccurrence of breaks does not occur. Ensure the efficient and timely escalation to senior management of all potential issues on T. Perform UAT for Vendor or exchange software or hardware upgrades, development, or technical process changes in coordination with the Solutions Team. What do you need to succeed? Must have Degree in Finance & banking or Accounting or relevant to the nature of job. An appreciation and/or a basic knowledge of one or more disciplines: Clearing, Reconciliations, Control, Regulatory Reporting, and Operational Risk Management An appreciation and/or a basic knowledge of RBC and vendor back and middle office and systems An appreciation and/or a basic knowledge of major Exchange and FMI systems An appreciation and/or a basic knowledge of CCP BAU practices, adhoc events and associated rules and deadlines An appreciation and/or a basic knowledge of one or more regulatory regimes, including CASS, Transaction Reporting, MiFID II, EMIR Nice-to-have An understanding of the workings of Financial markets, associated operational flows and risks gained from a recognised market participant Past or current knowledge of one or more disciplines: Clearing, Reconciliations, Control, Regulatory Reporting, Client On-Boarding, KYC Recognised Industry qualifications: CISI, Eurex Clearing Qualified Clearing Staff (QBO What鈥檚 in it for you?
