Job Description What is the opportunity? Are you interested in the opportunity to work as an Intern at RBC? Assist with the administration of governance documents, reports and inventories Analyze, deliver, and implement projects and activities Utilize the latest technologies available, designing and building solutions to meet business needs Be an active contributor to not only your individual team, but to the RBC development community Constantly seek out better ways to do things, new tools, new technologies, new processes Work as part of an agile team responsible for end-to-end delivery of business needs Support coordination of team logistics and operational activities related to workspace planning and transitions What do you need to succeed? Must-have Currently enrolled at a Canadian post-secondary institution Leadership acumen and a passion to apply it in a dynamic business environment Excellent interpersonal and highly developed communication skills (verbal and written) Creative and analytical thinker who is self-driven and capable of working in a fast-paced environment Strong written communication Strong interpersonal and communication skills Strong MS Office skills – Word, Outlook, PowerPoint Nice-to-have Interest or experience in data analysis, data presentation, and reporting Interest or experience process mapping, process improvement, and procedures development Interest or experience in communications and/or graphic or presentation design (e.g. creating clear, engaging visuals, decks, or written materials) Knowledge and understanding of financial services industry Knowledge and understanding of how laws and regulations are created and implemented within Canada Knowledge and understanding of Financial Crimes Ability to learn and absorb new concepts (in business and in systems) quickly and apply new knowledge What’s in it for you?
