Job Description Marketing Manager, Newcomer & Cultural Segments 6-Month Contract Position Are you passionate about creating meaningful connections with Canada's vibrant newcomer and cultural communities? We're seeking a dynamic marketing professional who understands the unique needs of newcomers and international students – someone who can blend cultural intelligence with marketing excellence to create campaigns that truly resonate. What You'll Do: Contribute to Campaign Launches: Support the launch of our latest Newcomer campaign – collaborating with the team to execute strategies, coordinate deliverables, and help ensure this initiative reaches and resonates with newcomer audiences. Support Partnership Campaigns: Contribute to a key partnership campaign for Newcomer & International Student segments. Work alongside partners and internal teams to develop compelling activations and help drive engagement. Coordinate Campaign Execution: Support end-to-end campaign delivery – from creative development and media planning to activation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, agencies, and community partners to bring campaigns to life. Build Stakeholder Relationships: Foster strong relationships across the organization and with external partners, keeping everyone aligned and informed through excellent communication and collaboration. Track and Report Performance: Monitor campaign metrics, analyze results, and contribute insights that demonstrate impact and inform future strategies. Champion Cultural Relevance: Help ensure marketing approaches are culturally relevant, inclusive, and authentic – contributing to genuine connections with diverse communities. What You Bring: 3-5 years of marketing experience in campaign management, brand marketing, or multicultural marketing. Understanding of newcomer and international student journeys, cultural nuances, and diverse community needs. Proven track record managing integrated marketing campaigns and supporting successful launches. Experience with partnership campaigns or working with external stakeholders on collaborative initiatives. Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Outstanding communication skills – both written and verbal. Comfortable presenting to diverse audiences. Natural collaborator who thrives in team environments and builds positive relationships. Comfortable working with data and analytics to measure success and inform decisions. Genuine passion for supporting newcomers and diverse communities. University or college degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
