Job Description What is the opportunity? As part of the Group Risk Management team, the Senior Manager, Project Management will play a key role in leading risk-based initiatives that are transformational, innovative and regulatory in nature. They will be responsible for delivering large, multi-year, complex projects towards targeted outcomes that deliver business value. At the conclusion of each assignment, the role will remain aligned within the GRM TMO as part of a TMO pool with subsequent project/program assignments to follow. What will you do? Providing technical and analytical support to project team members. Ensuring adherence to quality standards and reviewing project deliverables. Scheduling and organizing project meetings; participating in project tracking, analysis, and reporting. Coordinating and reporting on the progress made on projects and accomplishments made with clients. Participating in developing each phase of the project management process including developing project plans, justifications, roles, responsibilities and reporting procedures. What do you need to succeed? Must Have: At least 5 years of proven experience supporting projects for large programs with high visibility Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Project, Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint), Jira & Confluence, Planview & Lean Kit Strategic and critical thinking skills Strong stakeholder management experience Nice-to-Have: Undergraduate degree (preferred) – Business/Finance PMP Certification in at least one Agile designation (CSM, CSPO, RBC SAFe) What is in it for you?
