Job Description What is the opportunity? As an Associate, Treasury Solutions in the Treasury Solutions part of Transaction Banking you will support the Manager/Senior Manager in managing a portfolio of multinational and international subsidiary banking/real estate clients in support of CCG portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing client loyalty, and promoting innovation through non-lending banking activities and RBC products and services. What will you do? Portfolio Management: Manage daily transactions, prioritize business strategies, and drive revenue growth within the assigned portfolio of Treasury Solutions clients. Client Engagement: Support the Manager/Senior Manager in client interactions, conveying the value proposition of Treasury Solutions and focusing on sales models and value propositions. Support Activities : Assist in developing client plans, responding to client needs, and implementing sales strategies to ensure an exceptional client experience and drive revenue growth. Risk Management: Identify and escalate potential client/product risk concerns, supporting operational/transactional risk management and collaborating with CCG partners and Business Risk. Project Management: Coordinate, support, and complete treasury and operational reviews for strategic clients, managing multiple projects and priorities. This role requires a highly skilled and experienced professional with a deep understanding of RBC's Treasury, Cash Management, and Deposit Products, as well as sales and relationship management expertise. If you have a strong background in banking and sales, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client experiences, this opportunity may be the perfect fit. What do you need to succeed? Must have: University/College education or equivalent work experience/certifications. 5 years of banking and sales experience. Knowledge of cash management products and emerging industry trends. Sales and relationship management acumen. Excellent client service and communication skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and time demands. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Nice to have: Professional certifications, such as CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst). Experience with financial analysis, accounting, or banking systems.
