Job Description APPLICATION DEADLINE MAY 6, 2026 We are recruiting on a Contract Basis for 12 months What is the opportunity? As the Manager Analyst you will evaluate, develop, negotiate and draft of third-party contracts for the purchase of goods and services in line with business requirements and departmental budgets. You will collaborate with internal business partners and negotiate with suppliers with emphasis on the, and preparation of contractual agreements (such as but not limited to: MSA, SOW, NDA, Transaction Agreements, Amendment letters, etc). What will you do? Prepare contractual agreements using current company templates Analyze contracts to ensure they comply with company policies Liaising with internal business partners and external suppliers Negotiating with suppliers to secure best terms and pricing for the company What do you need to succeed? Must-have 2-4 years of previous experience with contracting best practices, business decision-making, in a Contract Specialist context with increasing scope of responsibility Post-Secondary degree/certification in logistics, business administration, law, purchasing and supply chain management or equivalent working experience Strong market awareness Nice-to-have Applicable Contract Management, Procurement, Legal experience and/or certification Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management tools (e.g. iValua, Coupa, Ariba, etc.) Finance and budgeting experience Experience in a financial institution Familiarity and experience with Professional Services Familiarity and experience with IT services What’s in it for you?
