Job Description What is the opportunity? The Co-op Data Analyst, Shared Data Management Services in Bedford Nova Scotia will be responsible for supporting Data Shared Services in driving business process improvement. What will you do? Gain a working knowledge of RBC鈥檚 data product and platform management Work with Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders to understand business problems and create user stories and business requirements Take part in business requirement gathering, solution and data model design workshops, perform UAT testing Create and maintain documentation for business requirements, process and data flow diagrams, data model and data dictionary Contribute content for end-user documentation and training What do you need to succeed? Must-have Passion for data Critical and analytical thinker who is self-driven Effective communications skills, both written and oral Ability to analyze and make sense of complex data with minimal guidance Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint Nice-to-have Basic working knowledge of SQL and fundamental concepts of data modeling Data analytics reporting capabilities and effective presentation skills Familiar with SDLC lifecycle What鈥檚 in it for you?
