Job Description What is the opportunity? The Quantitative Analytics & Monitoring (QAM) team solves strategic problems in support of Credit & Fraud Management. We leverage data to influence strategies, measure the impact of business decisions, and pull together the top-line story of our business impact. As we scale our analytics function and modernize our infrastructure, we鈥檙e looking for experienced analytics leaders who can drive strategic impact at scale鈥攍eading teams to move beyond reactive dashboarding to proactive insight discovery. In this role, you鈥檒l lead a specialized analytics delivery for on one of our key pillars. You鈥檒l build deep context on your domain, act as the lead embedded in business squads, and drive strategic initiatives that influence fraud and collections strategy, modernization programs, and decision-making. What will you do? Leadership & Strategy Lead and develop the analytics across your assigned domain; set team direction, mentor analysts, and build capability for current and future needs Embed analytics in business operations through squad-based model; build your team鈥檚 context on products, channels, and risk dynamics so they can anticipate stakeholder needs Proactive Insight & Impact Drive shift from reactive to proactive analytics; establish a research cadence where your team systematically identifies unanswered questions and surfaces patterns business leaders should know about Build and own high-impact analytical products and frameworks that enable leadership to operate from a single authoritative view Transformation & Modernization Contribute to CFM analytics transformation including cloud migration, Data Hub deployment, and AI Transformation initiatives Build cross-domain collaboration; connect insights across pillars to surface enterprise-level patterns and opportunities What do you need to succeed? Must Have: 3 years experience leading analytics teams and demonstrated ability to develop talent, set direction and deliver results through others 5 years of analytics-related experience in Business Analytics, Consulting, Technology, Financial Services, or related fields Advanced technical skills in SQL or Python Solid experience with using data visualization and modern analytics tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.) Strategic communication and ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives for senior leadership, and ability to partner with stakeholders and align business and analytics objectives Proven ability to deal with ambiguity, identify systemic issues and opportunities and drive initiatives from concept through implementation Nice to Have: University degree in a quantitative field (statistics, math, computer science, economics, etc.) Experience leading analytics teams through transformation or modernization initiatives Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) or modern data infrastructure Background in Retail, Commercial, or Consumer Banking products Experience managing cross-function
