Job Description What is the Opportunity? Procurement Tech seeks an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the business analysis activities across the Procurement Technology team managing multiple parallel initiatives. The role demonstrates advanced knowledge and ability to apply competency in new or complex situations while guiding other professionals. You will be responsible for execution of all aspects of requirements delivery—planning, elicitation, analysis and documentation, management, and support—for changes to Business Areas and Technology. What Will You Do? Perform requirements stakeholder analysis to identify impacted or influencing groups and stakeholder requirements responsibilities Develop plans and accurate estimates for completion of requirements, continuously improving the level of detail and accuracy of estimates Manage risks, assumptions and constraints for requirements, and communicate to appropriate parties Define the business analysis approach including tasks and deliverables based on the project and delivery methodology Lead requirements prioritization and leverage techniques to drive out business priorities Facilitate collaborative sessions with large and diverse business stakeholder groups to drive requirements discovery, analysis, and review Apply advanced elicitation techniques to work with different types of stakeholder groups Analyze and document scope of the business solution using enterprise-standard requirements methodology Analyze and document detailed business and system solution requirements using enterprise standard requirements methodology Verify requirements for quality and validate requirements with the impacted stakeholders Build and maintain a repository of reusable requirements documentation to support future initiatives, following the enterprise standards Utilize SQL to query and analyze business data to support requirements validation and business insights What You Need to Succeed Must Have Minimum 5 years of progressive Business Analyst experience with increasing responsibilities in requirements management on large and complex projects Strong SQL skills including ability to write and optimize queries, retrieve data from complex databases, and analyze business data to support requirements validation Basic understanding of programming concepts including ability to read and understand code, familiarity with APIs and their role in system integration Proven experience with various project delivery methodologies such as Waterfall, Iterative and/or Agile Experience in requirements planning and prioritization including stakeholder analysis and effort estimation Requirements elicitation techniques such as document analysis, Interviews, facilitated workshops, Observation, Prototyping, Focus groups, Survey Requirements management and communication - requirements walkthroughs; scope and change management; traceability; configuration management, Backlog Management Relevant college, university, or post-graduat
