Job Description What is the opportunity? RBC Enterprise Social Media is our centre of excellence where social strategy happens at scale. We're looking for an experienced Director to lead Paid Social and Influencer Partnerships - a role that puts you at the center of how RBC shows up across every major social platform. You'll lead paid social strategy and planning across lines of businesses while building our enterprise influencer program. Your team drives results across paid and influencer channels - working with top-tier agency partners, in-house media teams, and business leaders who trust your expertise. This role is about shaping how we connect with millions of Canadians, turning insights into action, and building innovative social strategies that move the business forward - making real impact. What will you do? Lead and develop a high-performing paid social team while building strong relationships with internal stakeholders, media agencies, and platform partners. Develop, plan and execute paid social strategies that drive measurable business results and integrate seamlessly across enterprise marketing initiatives. Manage monthly budget tracking, campaign performance reporting, and quarterly business reviews with platform and agency partners. Lead the Enterprise Influencer ambassador program, including all agency partnerships, creator relationships, contracts, and integration into 360-campaigns. Champion innovative paid social creativity and ensure its incorporation into all media planning and campaign execution. Partner with Measurement Team to track campaign performance, analyze market trends, and leverage audience insights for optimization. Negotiate and manage annual joint business plans with social platforms and agency partners to maximize investment and performance. Streamline workflows, define test-and-learn frameworks, and document scalable best practices across the organization. What do you need to succeed? Must Have: University bachelor's degree. 8 years of experience in media planning or digital marketing (client-side or agency), with proven success managing large-scale budgets. 3 years direct supervisory experience mentoring and managing direct reports. Expert proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Reddit, Snap Chat, Pinterest, LinkedIn Ads, third-party planning and analytics tools. Polished presentation skills. What鈥檚 in it for you ?
