Job Description What is the opportunity? We have an exciting role for an individual to join the Trade Support Team in London to act as Trade Support Administrator. Trade Support provides oversight of dealing transactions across RBC Wealth Management Europe dealing activity including equities, fixed income, international securities and FX, funds and structured products. The team manages error-deals, correction and the associated financial impacts as well as being First Line of Defence (FLOD) and monitoring and reporting against Best Execution and Transaction Reporting regulatory requirements. The team also reconciles FX deals related to Overseas trading & manages the Dealing Room CASS responsibilities. RBC鈥檚 expectation is that from mid-September 2025, all employees and contractors will work in the office with some flexibility to work up to 1 day per week remotely, depending on working arrangements. What will you do? Contribute to the key controls of Transaction Reporting: Identify any errors via TR reporting and remediate as appropriate. Undertake reviews of TR MI, working on resolutions to any systemic issues. Provide support to change projects/TR enhancement programmes. Resolve reconciliation issues quickly and efficiently to reduce risk exposure. Provide First Line of Defence (FLoD) in control monitoring. Change Management: provide operational input to any trading related and control initiatives. Contribute to Control reviews and meetings including the Transaction Reporting Forum (TRF). Acquire and maintain good industry knowledge, particularly in the field of Best Execution and Transaction Reporting best practice, attending training and briefings as appropriate. Build knowledge of key systems required for roles: Avaloq; Univista; Liquidmetrix; eXimius; Proquote. Support Trade Support team as required. Support and contribute to Dealing Team initiatives and the wider corporate responsibility values of RBC. You agree to comply with any reasonable instructions or regulations issued by the Company from time to time including those set out in the terms of the dealing and other manuals, including staff handbooks and all other group policies. What do you need to succeed? Must-have Experience within financial services/dealing and trading environment. Delivery knowledge of client service and standards. Risk aware and good grasp of Regulatory environment. Excellent attention to detail and diligence required. Ability to work under pressure. Good numerical skills. Able to work to own initiative. Able to switch workflow to respond to dynamic changes. Ability to work with a diverse range of stakeholders. Nice-to-have Professional qualifications: CISI qualifications are an advantage. Knowledge of Transaction Reporting/CASS reporting requirements an advantage. What is in it for you?
