Job Description What is the opportunity? As the Credit Support Specialist of International Private Banking (Canada Asia Centers), you are assisting the Credit Specialist in portfolio management and to support the client鈥檚 needs and structuring credit solutions within the bank鈥檚 credit policies and risk appetite. What will you do? Demonstrate a thorough understanding of applicable financing products, leveraging concepts manage and maintain credit portfolio through annual renewal process Take a continuous improvement approach to achieving superior client experience, including proactive monitoring of client affairs, ownership of client problem resolution and ongoing relationship building with Credit specialist and Private Bankers. Support Credit Specialist/Private Bankers in originating, structuring and closing credit鈥搑elated opportunities Maximize client profitability through application of profitable pricing/fees on financing products resulting from effective negotiations Must Have University Degree Strong client focus, negotiating skills, ability to manage tight timelines, Decisiveness, team player and self-motivated, excellent communications skills both spoken and written Basic Banking credit experience Fluent Mandarin/Cantonese Nice to Have Experience in Credit Structuring Knowledge of Marketable securities Experience in Private Banking or similar HNW clientele What鈥檚 in it for you?
