Job Description What is the opportunity? The Director of Product Management, EIAM – Agentic AI Identity, is responsible for defining and executing the product strategy to integrate Agentic AI capabilities across the Enterprise Identity and Access Management (EIAM) platform and RBC's broader AI/controls ecosystem. This role bridge’s identity governance, access management, and emerging AI technologies to deliver intelligent, autonomous identity solutions that reduce risk and enhance operational efficiency. Agentic AI in IAM is pivotal to RBC’s ability to scale secure, intelligent identity governance in an increasingly complex threat landscape. As financial services face mounting regulatory pressure, evolving cyber threats, and the operational burden of managing access across thousands of systems and users, this role bridges the gap between cutting-edge AI innovation and enterprise security fundamentals. By embedding Agentic AI into identity and access management, this leader will drive dramatic improvements in risk detection, operational efficiency, and compliance—transforming identity governance from a manual, reactive function into an autonomous, intelligent system. This directly supports RBC’s strategic imperative to modernize its technology infrastructure while maintaining the trust and security that customers and regulators demand. What will you do? EIAM Product Management Own product strategy and roadmap for core EIAM capabilities: User and Role Management, Authentication, Authorization, Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Identity and Access Reporting Define and prioritize enhancements that leverage Agentic AI to automate identity workflows, accelerate onboarding/offboarding, and improve real-time risk assessment Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to translate AI capabilities into scalable EIAM solutions Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (FRB, Part 30, OSFI) throughout AI-enhanced features Agentic AI & Controls Strategy Lead RBC-wide AI controls product management, establishing governance frameworks for responsible AI deployment Define policy information point (PIP) requirements to enable real-time identity risk scoring and Just-In-Time (JIT) access decisions Develop AI control taxonomies, audit trails, and explainability mechanisms to support risk and compliance teams Partner with enterprise AI governance and risk teams to align EIAM AI enhancements with corporate AI policies Strategic Initiatives Define vision for autonomous identity governance using AI agents (e.g., intelligent access provisioning, anomaly detection, policy enforcement) Establish metrics and KPIs for AI-enhanced EIAM capabilities (e.g., onboarding time reduction, risk score accuracy, access review automation) Identify and evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies applicable to identity and access management Drive business case development for AI-enabled capabilities; quantify risk reduction and operational efficiency gains Cross-Functional Lea
