Job Description What is the opportunity? Program Manager will play an important role in supporting the leadership team by managing and overseeing the execution of the entire book of work, including programs and projects. The individual will ensure alignment with organizational goals, drive operational excellence, and provide robust project management and reporting capabilities. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. What will you do? Ensure each program and project consistently complies with RBCs Project Management Methodology as well as industry best practices Provide consultation, support and coaching to project teams Collaborate with project teams to maintain and store meticulous records of project artifacts, issues, risks, decisions and schedules and prepared for audits at any time. Create and maintain program roadmaps and KPIs Provide executive level updates and ensure content and format meets high quality standards for business and technology executives Assist with the management of PAR documentation Assist and manage various initiatives and projects What do you need to succeed? Must have: Minimum of 6 years direct experience with program/project management in technology Program/Project management knowledge including plan development, scheduling methodology, project metrics gathering, analyzing, and reporting, risk and issue assessment and quantification methodologies. Experience in executing various development methodologies such as Waterfall, Iterative Development, Agile, etc. Demonstrated knowledge of program and project management methodologies and best practices (SDLC/PDLC). Highly developed analytical, strategic thinking, problem solving and organizational skills as well as the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities, assignment and roles. Excellent oral and written communication Advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Project Management Professional (PMP) Nice-to-have: Prior experience auditing or preparing for audits is highly preferred Experience within a large financial institution or consulting firm What鈥檚 in it for you?
