Job Description What is the Opportunity? Enterprise Architecture Platforms team operates RBC’s Application Portfolio Management application, implementing and managing control processes, enhancements, integrations, and supporting partner teams in updating and consuming APM data, and we are looking for an ambitious and driven individual to help manage and improve the platform. In this role you will be working with other Enterprise Architecture teams on defining and improving controls and processes in the APM solution, and working with clients and partners across the enterprise to ensure accuracy of APM data and proper integration with other systems. You will plan, coordinate, communicate and execute activities in pursuit of these goals. What will you do? Build systems integrations, automations, data quality tools and dashboards in support of application portfolio management and governance Develop and oversees support processes Implement and manage data transformations Support upstream and downstream teams and their integrations in development and production Supervise and executes production implementations and support activities Monitor the application and troubleshoot issues, liaise with the vendor to find optimal solutions to problems Execute ad hoc batch processes Follow enterprise change control management process Must have: Experience operating and supporting enterprise-scale applications Experience with end-to-end process design and implementation Experience with Python and Javascript development, or similar Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with enterprise change control processes Deadline-driven and results-oriented; able to meet consistently high quality standards while handling a variety of tasks and deadlines simultaneously. Nice to have: Experience agile development and Jira Experience with SAP LeanIX Excellent interpersonal skills to work across IT partners and business. What’s in it for you?
