Job Description: Department Description: Digital analytics teams play a critical role in optimizing customers’ shopping, buying, and servicing journeys by analyzing behavior across web and mobile channels to uncover actionable insights. They translate complex digital data into clear insights, dashboards, and recommendations that improve customer experience, conversion, engagement, and overall digital performance. Acting as a bridge between business partners and data teams, they define measurement frameworks, interpret key journey KPIs, and enable data‑driven decisions that drive measurable business outcomes across the end‑to‑end customer lifecycle. Role Summary: As a data and analytics expert, you will deliver deep analytical expertise, translate complex data into actionable insights, and provide clear recommendations to cross-functional business partners across the organization. Your work will enable informed decisions at an enterprise level and help solve increasingly complex business problems. In this role, TD will look to you for thought leadership.
