Job Description: JOB DESCRIPTION: The Senior Manager, Audit Stakeholder Communications will oversee the execution of the Audit Division's global communications strategy, to drive impactful, timely and efficient communications and content to the Audit Division's key stakeholders, including the Bank's boards of directors, senior business management and regulators, as well as for Audit leadership and the Division at large. This individual will be responsible for a team that delivers unique multi-channel strategic and tactical communications expertise to the Audit division, in a high visibility and dynamic environment, requiring the ability to anticipate and appropriately respond to the communications needs of differentiated audiences and support decision-making at the highest levels of the organization. This individual will also be ultimately responsible for ensuring division-wide adherence to communications standards and processes, especially with respect to board audit committee, senior management and assurance results reporting. The successful candidate will bring a commercially oriented, risk mitigation perspective complemented by the ability to synthesize large and varied data and information sets into messaging that supports the Audit Division's mandate and delivery of its primary products to all key stakeholders. This individual will demonstrate leadership and be a trusted advisor to all levels within the Audit Division, with a thoughtful and collaborative approach, and serve as a key resource for all communications-related matters. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of and significant experience in the financial services industry as well as meaningful experience in developing and delivering communications of the highest impact and quality, especially to the most senior organizational audiences. The ability to lead a team that can identify high ROI opportunities as well as formulate and implement practical solutions to support continuous process improvements (with a keen eye toward simplicity and efficiency) is also essential.
