Job Description: Reporting to the Senior Manager, Practice Successions and Teaming Programs, the Manager will be responsible for managing and executing the business succession programs for the Advisory businesses and supporting the field management teams. This role will assist and support the Senior Manager with developing and facilitating succession and teaming plans for Advisors to ensure a smooth transition for clients and team members. Key responsibilities of the Manager will include: Manage and evolve Succession and Teaming programs Develop policies and manage procedures for these programs for advisors and front office management teams Provide consultation to Branch Managers and advisors on developing and executing a succession and teaming plan Research, analyze and develop best in class solutions designed to address gaps and priorities aligned to business needs when transitioning clients between advisors Develop and evolve Succession and Teaming agreements based on deal size and number of clients being transitioned Develop, maintain, and evolve Succession and Teaming resource center for advisors and front office management teams Develop, maintain, and evolve processes to facilitate Succession and Teaming payments and recoveries between Divesting and Inheriting advisors Develop education and training sessions for Branch Managers and Advisors on developing and executing a succession plan Proactively work with branch leadership and advisors to have a succession and teaming plans in place for eligible advisors Identify opportunities to engage with top tiered advisors on long term succession plans – President's Club & Merit Club Provide industry trends and insights on number of advisors transitioning their business, price valuations and client attrition rates Manage, analyze, and draw insights from data to inform priorities and initiatives, including post-implementation reviews and program analysis to ensure solutions continue to meet business strategy and vision Other general duties to support and such as participation in overall strategy, design, development, and implementation Identify opportunities to streamline end to end pr
