Job Description

Position Responsibilities: Receive, validate, and process transaction instructions from MIM/GA teams, onshore partners, and custodians. Work closely with Reconciliation, Middle Office, and other stakeholders to investigate and resolve cash and position breaks. Review and validate BBH cash and position breaks to ensure accuracy of proposed adjustments. Ensure timely and accurate processing of trades, capital stock activities, management fees, dividends, and derivatives in AABOR. Manage fund events including Informatica updates, seed capital processing, and TIK/RIK activities. Booking and monitoring of dividend distributions and reinvestments. Maintain clear, accurate, and compliant documentation in line with established procedures and controls. Stay current with securities industry developments, market practices, and regulatory updates. Participate in industry training and cross‑functional initiatives to support business continuity and service quality. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. 1–2 years of relevant experience in asset management operations, fund accounting, or securities processing. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Working knowledge of securities instruments, settlements, and the investment lifecycle. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high levels of accuracy. Client‑focused mindset with the ability to collaborate in a fast‑paced, regulated environment. Preferred Qualifications: CPA board exam passer or CISI certification. Experience working with cash and position reconciliations. Familiarity with asset management operations across front, middle, and back office. Exposure to derivative products and complex investment transactions. Experience working with global or cross‑functional teams.
