Job Description

工作内容及要求： 岗位职责类： 根据机构多元渠道业务发展要求，制定年度内、外部培训计划并组织实施； 满足外部合作渠道培训需求，开发高端课程，并实施执行； 根据机构多元渠道人力发展要求，组织公司内部各层级销售人员培训，提升人员能力； 负责渠道机构多元渠道高阶新人招募、训练； 协助配合总部进行课程体系建设及推广，若有下属，须进行兼职讲师队伍的培养、建设与管理； 推动新产品上线，并负责产品日常培训与包装 ； 按照监管及公司内部管理要求，进行培训合规管理； 完成总部银保及分公司渠道负责人对培训能力及工作要求； 完成领导交办的其他工作。 行为规范类： 遵守监管机构制定的各项规章制度； 遵守公司制定的各项规章制度，及经公司确认的regional & global 相关规则和制度； 遵守公司或所在部门制定的业务操作流程； 行为操守符合国家法律法规、公司职业操守及道德规范守则和公司合规相关规定； 正直诚信，不向公司提供虚假的财务票据或资料； 敏锐的风险控制和合规意识。 About Manulife and John Hancock Manulife Financial Corporation is a leading international financial services provider, helping people make their decisions easier and lives better.
