Position Summary... The Manager, Operations leads multiple work streams by designing and executing project plans that enhance operational efficiency and support business objectives. Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and improve processes, tools, and methodologies that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs. Lead and mentor associates, fostering accountability, continuous learning, and adherence to company policies and ethical standards.
