Senior Manager, Replenishment and Inventory Solutions - Project Store Replenishment Location : Bentonville Join a high-impact team driving inventory execution for new store and format launches, along with strategic initiatives that shape the future of retail. This role offers the opportunity to influence replenishment strategies, solve complex inventory challenges, and partner across key business functions to ensure operational readiness at scale. The Project Store Replenishment team leads inventory flow and execution for new store openings, remodels, and special initiatives. By optimizing replenishment strategies and creating inventory solutions, the team ensures merchandise is in the right place at the right time to support successful launches. This role works cross-functionally with Merchandising, Supply Chain, Real Estate, and Operations to improve processes and drive end-to-end inventory performance. What you’ll do: Support inventory execution and replenishment strategies for new store and project-based initiatives Partner cross-functionally to resolve inventory challenges and improve flow efficiency Analyze data to identify opportunities and drive process improvements Ensure operational readiness through effective merchandise planning and execution What you’ll bring: Experience in merchandising, inventory management, or supply chain operations Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable solutions Strong cross-functional collaboration across multiple stakeholder groups Adaptability in fast-paced, project-driven environments The above information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed in the role.
