What you'll do: Analyze and classify requirements, including functional and non-functional, to align with business objectives. Design scalable software solutions by evaluating trade-offs and converting high-level designs into detailed functional logic. Develop, configure, and maintain testable, secure, and maintainable code adhering to coding standards and best practices. Use GenAI technologies to increase daily productivity (creating MCP servers) What you'll bring: At leaset 6years’ experience in software engineering or related area. Expereince in Java Backend, Web and Native platforms Ability to design high-performance systems with a focus on scalability, resilience, and fault tolerance. Deep understanding of authentication, authorization, protocols (e.g., OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML), and identity federation concepts . Proficient in secure coding practices to protect sensitive user data and prevent vulnerabilities like token exploits, credential theft, or injection attacks. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and influence technical decision-making across the organization. Hands-on experience with programming language
