THE OPPORTUNITY We are hiring a Client Success Director to lead our Client Success team in Munich! Our Client Success team is taking care of our existing enterprise clients and is responsible for the growth across Germany. As a team lead client success, you will be managing all Wellhub Enterprise clients' books of business. You will manage the Client Success Germany team, with the responsibility of building strategic partnerships with key decision-makers, growing the impact of the Wellhub program and managing the commercial relationship and renewals of the overall portfolio. This is a hybrid role with the possibility to manage the schedule flexibly and the overall expectation to be in the office roughly 1-2X / week. YOUR IMPACT People leadership : Coach, grow and manage a team of senior client success managers (account managers), who are directly responsible for their books of business Senior Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders of the key clients, including C-suite executives, Reward Directors, and Wellbeing leaders. Ensure that Wellhub is not only aligned with business goals but also drives tangible, measurable results. Collaboration : Interact with other Wellhub teams (e.g., Client Sales, Partnerships, Operations, Marketing) to ensure the strategic plans built for the clients are well executed internally Industry Engagement: Represent Wellhub at key industry events, forums, and conferences, showcasing our vision and capabilities in shaping the future of Employee Wellbeing Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues.
