Tasks YOUR MISSION Own and operate the commercial LiveOps strategy , including pricing frameworks, promotional cadence, experimentation roadmap, and execution of a data-driven commercial calendar. Apply a strong F2P mindset by balancing free vs. premium value, designing clear upgrade paths, and creating sustainable monetisation mechanics in close collaboration with Product. Define and evolve the monetisation roadmap , scaling subscriptions first and expanding into consumables, repeat purchase loops, and long-term ARPPU growth systems. Hands-on usage of tools like RevenueCat to e.g. set up products, paywalls, targeting, and experiments; monitor key metrics and troubleshoot performance changes. Own the analytical performance view across conversion, retention, ARPU/LTV, pricing, FX, and cohort behavior, identifying and prioritizing the highest-impact growth levers with focus and clarity. Lead complex, cross-functional monetisation initiatives (e.g., tiering, packaging, pricing structures) across placements, clients, and geographies, ensuring measurable revenue impact. Strengthen subscription foundations by driving stakeholder alignment, ensuring robust tooling and measurement, and pragmatically improving processes to enable scalable growth. Requirements WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED 4+ years in Freemium monetisation or LiveOps (mobile games OR high-scale freemium apps) Proven track record in IAP growth , ideally “vitamin” rather than “painkiller” products. Strategic understanding of freemiumbusiness mechanics and growth tactics across the funnel in social or multiplayer apps. Experience operating a live-service product with strong understanding of digital app economy design principles and analytics skills: ability to interpret data, create coherent narratives, and translate insights into prioritized actions.
