As a (Senior) Product Designer (f/m/d) , you will shape the end-to-end customer journey鈥攄esigning seamless experiences across digital and physical touchpoints while aligning teams and ensuring consistency and quality. Tasks Own the journey: Lead customer experience from initial inspiration to post-trip, mapping and continuously improving every touchpoint across passengers, crew, and back-office operations. Lead the experience: Design, develop, and ship cohesive experiences across digital and physical product lines, combining user research with strong product vision. Translate complexity into clarity: Turn the complexity of night train operations like scheduling, logistics, and partner integrations, into consistent, and seamless user experiences. Maintain consistency and Quality: With a holistic view across all touchpoints, proactively identify gaps and inconsistencies, resolving them before they become costly problems. Requirements You have around 5+ years of experience in product design, service design, UX design. Experience in hospitality, mobility or consumer services are a strong plus. You are an aesthetically-oriented thinker who can empathise with a wide range of customers and users of the Nox environment, even if outside of your own thoughts You think in journeys and systems, feeling equally comfortable to map a service blueprint as well as challenging interaction flow You communicate with clarity and conviction, able to align product, engineering and operations around a shared experience vision, calling out uncomfortable gaps as they appear.
