Job Description What is the opportunity? The Enterprise Platform Services (EPS) is a key organization within the Technology Infrastructure division that delivers resilient, scalable, and innovative technology infrastructure to power RBC's global operations. Our mission is to provide seamless connectivity, robust risk management and reliable applications, by integrating advanced collaboration tools, maintaining mainframe, middleware, and critical data centers, along with managing secure communication networks that ensure consistent, ‘best-in-class’ service delivery for RBC’s business functions and banking. The Strategy & Business Operations team plays a critical role in enabling strategic execution, financial and operational discipline, and organizational communication across Enterprise Platform Services (EPS) comprised of networks, collaboration, middleware, mainframe, data center, data base, storage, compute platforms and services. As the Manager, Strategy & Business Operations , you’ll play a pivotal role in driving strategic execution, operational excellence, governance, performance reporting, and communication for critical priorities within EPS. This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in managing steering committees, reporting frameworks, and governance processes for senior stakeholders (VP, SVP ). This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, communication, and project management skills to drive business outcomes and ensure seamless program execution. What will you do? Portfolio Management & Governance : Lead the coordination and management of business review meetings, ensuring alignment with Technology Infrastructure’s strategic priorities. Develop and deliver high-quality materials, presentations, and reports for senior leadership and executive meetings. Engage with senior stakeholders to drive critical and strategic operational initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Reporting & Metrics: Develop, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure program success. Create and maintain reports (business review documents), dashboards, and other visualization tools to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with organizational standards. Strategy & Delivery Enablement: Drive operational excellence by streamlining processes and implementing best practices across Technology Infrastructure. Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities. Act as a liaison between various teams within Technology Infrastructure to ensure effective communication and collaboration. process improvement and implement changes to optimize program operations. Supporting planning and enablement of Senior Leadership offsites, meetings and forums. What do you need to succeed? Must have: Proven 5 years of experience in strategy
