Job Description What is the opportunity? The successful candidate will join the newly established Solutions Enablement Team which has been created to support advisers to open cash accounts for existing RBC Brewin Dolphin clients. This team straddles two worlds, RBC Brewin Dolphin and RBC WME and is critical to the integration of these entities. With significant firmwide targets, it is crucial that we develop a team to support the onboarding process and continue to make enhancements to ensure the client experience is truly world class. Whilst this role is principally process driven, those within the team have exposure to Brewin Dolphin Advisers and their clients and it is integral that anyone joining the team is excited by this aspect of the role. RBC’s expectation is that all employees and contractors will work in the office with some flexibility to work up to 1 day per week remotely, depending on working arrangements. What will you do? Implementing the onboarding lifecycle, for all client types including HNWIs, corporates, trusts, and charities. Building trust with internal stakeholders to give them confidence in the process and enhance the clients’ experience. Acting as a contact for internal partners and clients, providing full expert support and assistance with day-to-day banking and operational requirements. Supporting Advisers with sales pipeline management and helping to convert leads into prospects. Enrichment, and alignment of client data records across both RBC WME, and RBC BD, maintaining, and updating client records where required in both Client Engage, and Salesforce. Completing BD Adviser Service Requests for client accounts in a timely manner. Acting as the first line of defense relating to key activities and ensure any associated requests are dealt with in a compliant manner. Act as a point of escalation to resolve issues and escalate/report all risk events and near misses immediately. Collaborate with business partners to feedback ways to improve the process as well as helping to identify training needs of the broader adviser community to enhance and support client service. What do you need to succeed? Must-have Confident in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel. Outlook) as well as the ability to adapt to new systems, navigation of intranet sites and various web-based packages. Hard working and professional approach to work with a confidence to challenge the status quo. Ability to prioritise workload and identify when they need support to achieve goals. Nice-to-have Degree welcome but not essential. Experience working in Wealth Management, Financial Services or Professional Services. What is in it for you?
