To learn more about CIBC, please visit CIBC.com What you’ll be doing Simplii Financial is searching for a Senior Manager to champion social-first marketing strategies, forge creator partnerships, and create content that gets our audience talking, driving real connections and DMs. Simplii Financial is digital-only – so social isn’t just important, it’s essential. You’ll build content strategies that get people talking, work with creators who move culture, and make a real impact for a brand that lives online. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote. How you’ll succeed Lead Social-First Content Strategy : You have experience creating content strategy for brands that builds community and engagement. You measure success based on likes, shares and comments. You are confident crafting campaigns that start on social, not just get repurposed for it. You’ll collaborate with PR, marketing, sponsorships, and internal teams to make sure every initiative feels native to the platforms people use every day. Creator Partnerships That Matter : You get that creators are the new media companies. You’ll identify, build, and nurture relationships with creators who can authentically tell the Simplii story, whether it’s a TikTok trend or an Instagram educational series. You’ll help Simplii show up in conversations that matter to digital-first consumers. Trendspotting & Platform Innovation : You’re obsessed with what’s next. You know how to spot emerging trends, jump on new features, and make sure Simplii is in the conversation while it’s happening—not after. You’ll experiment, learn, and scale what works for a brand that’s always online. Team Builder & Mentor : You’ll lead a crew of social content experts, setting KPIs that matter for social, influencing social-first thinking across the business. You’ll foster a culture where creativity, speed, and relevance win every time. Relationship Connector : You are a bridge builder, confident at connecting internal teams and creators to make sure every campaign is cohesive, social-first, and audience-centric.
