Job Description: Plan, manage, and lead the delivery of system requirements in alignment with standards and frameworks. Provide technical leadership and work in close partnership with various partners and stakeholders to plan, elicit, analyze, document, communicate and manage functional and non-functional requirements. EXPERIENCE AND / OR EDUCATION 5 years as a Business Systems Analyst 5 years in the financial industry. Experience working in KYC and AML Experience working independently as the BSA or system analyst. Experience and comfort level acting as a subject matter expert and consultant, as well as contributor to potential project assessment Experience in Agile Methodology is a must. Experience with API requirements and mapping request/responses. – Nice to have Nice to have exposure in Pega.
