The role is to support the Client Onboarding team within the Client Enablement group. Responsibilities : Develop and maintain automation solutions (e.g., Power Automate, workflow tools, low ‑ code solutions) to reduce manual effort and operational risk Assist with creating, updating and maintaining client documentation using Adobe Indesign Leveraging AI (LLM, Agentic) to drive process efficiency Design and produce regular and ad-hoc metrics reports, and dashboards. Manage and maintain the online portal for electronic delivery of confirmations and statements. Enroll clients for electronic delivery of confirmations and statements. Review and manage clients’ physical return mail (confirmations and statements). Perform quality control review of the daily accounts opened. Perform data quality assurance checks in source product systems. Review escalations and queries from internal stakeholders. Coordinate work of the offshore teams. Assist with data preparation and reconciliation for ongoing projects. Support management with data analysis and provide relevant insights/recommendations. Document and maintain operational procedures and processes. Think creatively and propose new automation solutions. Exercise judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules. Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed. Qualifications : Currently in undergraduate studies or non-MBA masters program with a graduation date of December 2027, 2028, 2029 Proven track record of excellent academic standing, extra curricular participation and demonstrated interest in finance. MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) knowledge AI (LMM, Agentic, etc) , data analytics, or coding experience (Python, SQL, VBA) Experience with process automation tools (e.g., Power Automate). Experience with Adobe product suites including InDesign for document creation Assist with Analytical and problem-solving skills. Verbal and written communication skills.
