Job Description What will you do? Design and Optimize Employee Engagement Programs – Analyze engagement metrics, survey data, and participation trends to identify gaps in current initiatives; recommend data-driven improvements to maximize employee participation and satisfaction across the organization. Support Communications Strategy and Content Operations – Partner with communications teams to establish content calendars, track message effectiveness, and measure audience reach and impact; identify opportunities to streamline content creation workflows and ensure consistent messaging. Develop Reporting Dashboards and Performance Metrics – Build automated reporting frameworks that track KPIs across engagement, communications, and enablement initiatives; provide stakeholders with actionable insights on program performance and ROI. Enable Process Automation – Identify manual, repetitive tasks across enablement functions; design and implement automation solutions (workflows, integrations, data pipelines) to reduce operational overhead and free up team capacity for strategic work. Requirements Gathering and Change Management – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs; translate requirements into functional specifications; support adoption of new tools, processes, and systems through documentation and training enablement What do you need to succeed? Must-have You are an ideal candidate if you have: Currently enrolled at a Canadian post-secondary institution with a focus on business administration, project management, or equivalent. Leadership acumen and a passion to apply it in a dynamic business environment. Excellent interpersonal and highly developed communication skills (verbal and written). Creative and analytical thinker who is self-driven and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Strong MS Office skills – Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. Nice-to-have Ability to learn and absorb new concepts (in business and in systems) quickly and apply new knowledge Project Management and/or understanding of Operational Risk practices What’s in it for you?
