Position Summary... Join Walmart’s Finance team as a Senior Manager supporting Operations and Supply Chain, with a strong focus on analytics. In this role, you’ll provide financial leadership and insights to optimize supply chain performance, improve cost efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making. You’ll partner closely with operations, logistics, and technology teams to build scalable analytical frameworks, influence strategic initiatives, and drive continuous improvement across the business. About the Team You’ll be part of a high-impact finance team supporting Walmart’s Operations and Supply Chain organization. This team works cross-functionally with logistics, fulfillment, transportation, and technology partners to enhance efficiency, manage costs, and improve service levels. By leveraging data and analytics, the team plays a critical role in shaping operational strategy and ensuring the scalability of Walmart’s supply chain. What you'll do... Provide financial leadership and analytical support for operations and supply chain initiatives, including logistics, fulfillment, and transportation. Build and enhance financial models, dashboards, and analytical tools to drive visibility into cost, performance, and key operational metrics. Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate business performance, identify trends, and recommend data-driven actions. Support financial planning processes, including forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning for supply chain functions. Analyze variances and communicate key drivers, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership. Help design and implement processes and controls to ensure accuracy, transparency, and scalability in financial reporting. Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance reporting, streamline processes, and leverage advanced analytics. What You’ll Bring Strong background in finance, with experience supporting operations, supply chain, or a related field. Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills, with experience working with large datasets and translating insights into action. Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to influence business decisions. Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to senior leadership. Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis in a dynamic environment. Proven ability to manage competing priorities and drive results in a fast-paced setting. Leadership experience, including mentoring and developing teams.
