This team oversees preventive maintenance, project execution, budgeting, and compliance with industry standards. What you'll do: Direct and oversee maintenance operations for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and critical power systems to ensure optimal facility performance. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and standard operating procedures to enhance equipment efficiency and reliability. Manage multiple projects by prioritizing work assignments, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion within budget. Evaluate facility needs and recommend improvements to reduce energy consumption and operational costs. Supervise and mentor maintenance staff, providing training and performance guidance. Oversee contractor performance, vendor relations, and compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Prepare and manage budgets, approve expenditures, and ensure financial sustainability of maintenance operations. What you'll bring: Proven experience managing facility maintenance operations, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and critical power systems. Licensed Mechanical Contractor certification with comprehensive knowledge of industry laws, regulations, and compliance standards. Strong expertise in preventive maintenance program development and execution to optimize equipment efficiency and reliability. Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects, manage budgets, and control costs while ensuring timely completion.
