Position Summary... We are looking for a seasoned Campus Recruiter to lead and deliver endtoend early careers hiring for technology roles across target campuses. This role will be responsible for building strong university partnerships, executing innovative campus recruiting strategies, and delivering a seamless candidate and stakeholder experience across fulltime, intern, and early careers hiring programs. The ideal candidate brings handson experience in tech campus hiring, strong business partnership skills, and exposure to GenAI and digital tools to drive efficiency, scale, and candidate engagement. What you'll do... What You鈥檒l Do Campus & Early Careers Strategy Own end to end campus and early careers hiring for technology roles , including Full Time , Summer Intern, and Seasonal / Apprentice hires. Partner closely with business leaders to forecast annual hiring demand , align on current and future skill requirements, and develop scalable campus hiring strategies. Build and sustain strong relationships with universities, placement offices, career centers, student organizations, and alumni networks to strengthen talent pipelines. Attraction & Engagement Design and execute innovative campus attraction initiatives, including: On campus and virtual hiring events Hackathons, coding challenges, tech talks, and workshops Social media outreach and digital employer branding campaigns Leverage GenAI enabled recruiting tools and platforms to enhance outreach personalization, sourcing efficiency, candidate screening, and engagement across the funnel. Assessment & Selection Manage the end to end execution of assessments, technical interviews, and final selection processes . Coordinate with hiring managers, interview panels, and external vendors to deliver high quality , scalable campus hiring events . Ensure assessments are structured, objective, inclusive, and aligned with role requirements . Internship & Conversion Programs Contribute to the design, structuring , and scaling of future ready internship programs aligned to long term talent needs. Partner with business and HR stakeholders to drive intern engagement, performance tracking, and strong conversion outcomes . Operations & Stakeholder Management Ensure seamless delivery across offer management, pre boarding, onboarding, background verification, and joining schedules in partnership with HR, Operations, and business teams. Track hiring progress throughout the season, analyze data, and re strategize hiring plans based on performance, constraints, and business priorities. Maintain accurate campus hiring documentation, ATS updates, dashboards, and compliance records. Insights & Continuous Improvement Stay current on campus hiring trends, early careers best practices, and GenAI adoption in recruiting . Prepare hiring metrics, insights, dashboards, and leadership ready reports and presentations . Continuously identify opportunities to improve speed, quality of hire, diversity outcomes, recruiter product
